Dr Rashmi Kalkura, assistant professor from Department of Kayachikitsa, MIAMS, Manipal was conferred with Naadanoopura award at Neelaavara , Udupi recently during the cultural annual festival of Vishwa Yaksha Nritya Niketana.

Dr.Sathyanarayana B, Principal of Muniyal Institute of Ayurveda Medical Sciences, Manipal conferred with Edward Kennedy Memorial Award to the best presenter from the senior research category in INTERNATIONAL WEBINAR ON GLOBAL CANCER SUMMIT – 2020. He had given an invited talk on the topic, ROLE OF AYURVEDIC DIET IN CANCER PREVENTION AND MANAGEMENT WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO EPIGENETICS

Mr.Hariprasad Bhat Herga, Associate Professor, Dept of Sanskrit Siddhanta and Samhita selected as Representative of Agama Shastra(Science of Traditional Practicies) of Udupi District Dharmika Parishat .

Dr. Shripathi Acharya, Prof and Head, Dept of Kayachikitsa was presented with Dhanwantari Award 2020 for excellence in Ayurvedic Practice by Association of Ayutrvedic Professionals of North America, Inc(AAPNA), USA.

Ms.Meghana shankar Shettigar, First UG  student won second   prize in Varnaranjani July 2020-A National Level Pre Conference Online Painting Competition For Students on the theme Auto immune Disorders and Ayurveda organised by Sushrutha Ayurvedic Medical  College and Hospital  in Collaboration  with S-VYASA Deemed to be University.

Dr.Suresh Negalaguli, Professor & HOD, Department of Rachana Sharira presented with Hoystala Award 2020 by Manikya Prakasana Hassan on 18.10.2020

Students of MIAMS, Manipal participated in “ Sholka Recitation” Competition  organized by Sharada Ayurveda College and Hospital Mangalore on 27.01.2020. Students of MIAMS took part and secured 2nd and 3rd prize. The organization appreciated the effort of the students.
