Department of PG Studies in Dravyaguna, Muniyal Institute of Ayurveda Medical Sciences, Manipal had organised a one day national seminar “ Hastamalaka -2014” on 12/11/2014, Wednesday.The seminar was inaugurated by the Chairman of the institute Dr. M.V Shetty by lighting the lamp. Trustees Mrs. Hemalatha V Shetty and Dr. Shraddha Shetty, Director Mr. Taranath Shetty and Principal Dr. Sathyanarayana B were present for the inauguration. The guest speaker for the seminar were Dr. Vidhu Shankar Babu(Manipal school of life sciences), Dr. J.L.N Shastry (Head R&D wing Dabur health care), Dr. Shreeshaila Badami (VPL chemicals, Bangalore) and Dr. Shreedhara R Pai (Head, MCOPS, Manipal). 230 delegates from all over the country were participated in the discussions and conversation methods including methods to identify and present adulteration of drugs.
