A health awareness camp was conducted on behalf of Vishwa Mahila Divas@ Sri Venakataramana Temple, Tenkupete Udupi on 7th March 2024, organised by GSB Mahila Manadal Udupi & Trustees of SVT.
Speakers were Dr. Archana Kalluraya,Assistant Professor, MIAMS, MANIPAL who spoke on ‘Stree Swasthya ‘ with elaboration of cause and symptoms of common gynaecological diseases with measures to be taken.
And one more speaker was Dr. Aparna, Assistant Professor, MIAMS, MANIPAL, who spoke on ‘lifestyle according to Ayurveda ‘with elaboration of dincharya, ritucharya and ahara vidhi to be followed with its relevance to each change in present situation.
