National Ayurveda Day was celebrated at MIAMS, MANIPAL on 10th November 2023 at Buddhyurveda Auditorium. The program started at 9.15am. This program was inaugurated by by esteemed chief guest Dr. B. V. Prasanna, Retrd. Principal Prasanna Ayurveda College Belthangady, Dr. Satyanarayana Bhat, Principal MIAMS, Manipal and Dr. Chandraknth Bhat, PG Dean MIAMS MANIPAL.
Dr. B V Prasanna delivered speech on the importance of Ayurveda for one health, this year’s Ayurveda day theme.
Prizes were distributed to the winners for the various competitions held on account of Ayurveda Day celebration.
Prize distribution ceremony was followed by presidential address delivered by Dr Satyanarayana Bhat.
Dr Rashmi Kalkura, Assistant Professor, Department of Kayachikitsa welcomed the gathering. Dr Malini, Assistant Professor, Department of Kayachikitsa delivered the vote of thanks. Dr Ashwini Nayak, Assistant Professor, Department of Sharira Kriya hosted the event.
