“RSYARCA”-CME on Ayurvedic research methodology

“RSYARCA”-CME on Ayurvedic research methodology at Muniyal Ayurveda ManipalOne day conference on Ayurvedic research methodology-COLLOQUY -RSYARCA was held at Muniyal Institute of Ayurveda Medical Sciences Manipal on 10/12/2016. Dr. Shreevathsa, Professor and Head, department of Samhita and Siddhanta, Government Ayurvedic Medical College, Mysore delivered guest lecture on the topic “Ancient Ayurvedic research Methods”. Dr. Aakash Kembhavi Dean, PG studies, SJGAMC, Koppal, spoke on the topic, “Selection of research problem and guidelines for synopsis writing”. Another resource person Dr.T.Shridhar Bairy deliberated on the topic “Drug research-An Ayurvedic perspective”. The session was concluded with a talk of Dr.Beenu V S, Associate Professor, from the department of Statistics, Manipal University who spoke on the topic, “Interpretations and applications of statistical methods in clinical research”. Dr. Sathyanarayana B, Principal, of the institution, Dr.RavishankarShenoy, Dean, PG studies and Mrs. Hemalatha Shetty Director graced the function. Around 80 selected delegates from various PG institutions of Ayurveda participated in the conference.
